By using NoSpot, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
NoSpot is a platform for workout, program and progress management designed for athletes and personal trainers. The service is available on iOS and Android.
Users are responsible for the security of their credentials and for all activity performed through their account. Registration data must be accurate and truthful.
NoSpot is free for athletes. Personal trainers may use a limited free plan or subscribe to the paid Pro plan. Payments are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store and remain subject to their respective terms.
The Pro plan renews automatically unless cancelled through the relevant store settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
Users retain ownership of the content they enter, including programs, exercises and progress data. They grant NoSpot a limited license to process that content only to provide the service.
Photos and videos uploaded to your own exercises: only exercise demonstrations are permitted. Content must be owned by the user who uploads it (filmed by them or content for which they hold full rights); uploading third-party material is prohibited. NoSpot may remove any uploaded content and suspend accounts that violate these rules, at its sole discretion.
You may not use NoSpot for unlawful activity, harmful content, unauthorized access attempts or any purpose unrelated to the intended operation of the service.
NoSpot is not liable for damages arising from misuse of the service, technical interruptions or content provided by users. The service is offered on an "as is" basis without implied warranties.
Users may delete their account at any time from the app settings. Account deletion leads to removal of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
NoSpot may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered users with at least 15 days notice.
